This quest will automatically activate when you find a group of Level 52 Ghost Mails and Level 52 Skull Lords in the Mergoda Ruins Royal Palace Level - 亡都メルゴダ 王宮層 during night-time at the plaza at the northern area at X 71, Y 66.
Kill them all and the quest will be marked as completed.
