Quest Flow
You can obtain this quest by speaking to Oswald - オズワルド, who can be found in his shop at Zoma at X 361, Y 153.
Now head to X 388, Y 157. You will come across a Level 60 Drake. Kill it and report back to Oswald; the quest will then be marked as completed.
