You can activate this quest by talking to August - オーギュスト, who can be found in the Forest People’s Tunnel - 森民の地下道 at X 284, Y 513.
August will request that you look for 10 Pearl Mushrooms - パールマッシュルーム. Once you have obtained them, give them to him and the quest will be marked as completed. Remember to have the mushrooms in your backpack, not in storage.
